Our Breads
Siciliano - A traditional Italian style rustic loaf. We use both white and semolina flour with a touch of olive oil and honey. This dough rests in our fridge over night before baking, to get the most flavour out of the grains. This bread is great for sandwiches and makes amazing french toast.

Country Sourdough - A rustic sourdough loaf with some added wheat germ, for a llittle country feel and taste. A hearty bread that makes great sandwiches as well as a nice accompaniment to hearty pastas.

Organic 100% Whole Wheat - A true sourdough whole wheat loaf made with organic flour. This is a simple bread that has a great crust and can be used for just about anything. Kids really love it and parents feel good serving a whole grain bread.
Organic Farmers Bread - A rustic loaf inspired by the German "bauernbrot" This bread is a sourdough loaf with roasted pumpkin seeds, roasted sunflowers seeds, poppy seeds and flax seeds.

Multrigrain - A hearty seven-grain bread made with Rye, whole wheat and white flours. This is a dense loaf that makes great open face sandwiches, or toasts to perfection.

Baguette - A crusty, chewy baguette that was once called molar challenging perfection. Great to rip apart and dip in balsamic and olive oil, or toast to make amazing garlic bread.

Hedgehog Roll - Our dinner roll that some say is too big, we say that it is just right. A crusty chewy roll that is great for a big sandwich, or to dip in a hearty soup.
